How to be a successful Entrepreneur ?? Ans 1.Passion &Motivation: The most important thing for becoming an succesful entrepreneur is passion.As without passion u will be a business man but not will be an entrepreneur as you will not be able to hold any business and then second thing is Motivation: yes motivation is important but not that much important that the passion is.Remember if u have passion u will be a successful entrepreneur but if u have money and donot have a talent then u cannot hold your business as business requires passion that an entrepreneur can give. 2.He/she shall be able to do money managment:An entrepreneur shall be able to do money management i.e this means that an entrepreneur shall know That where to spend money in business and how to manage money. so that he/she spend less and earn profit high.this is the most important quality of an entrepreneur.
an entrepreneur is equal to 100 enployees as entrepreneur has a mind plan and they know that how to get profits. 3.Adaptable and flexible :This is very very much important because an entrepreneur shall have an plan B in case plan A fails . but most of the entrepreneurs fail because they invest money in one place and then they lost their money and donot have a second plan.Being a entrepreneur u have to move in the market but with two plans A and B as if plan A fails then u should be able to move to plan B .And an entrepreneur always welcomes new ideas and new innovations from members.
and the entrepreneur is able to hold it own business . 4.Market knowledge and ready to take risks: An entrepreneur shall have knowledge of market and it should be ready to take risks so that to expand its business but every person can not take risk like an entrepreneur as entrepreneur have some special quality of taking risks.
